  1. What is EKEBUN?
    • EKEBUN is an online grocery store. Our products are sourced direct from the farm. To ensure the freshness, quality and safety of our products, farmer will only harvest those products on delivery day.
  2. How much is the delivery charge?
    • We charge RM5 for each trip of delivery for order below RM35.
    • Free delivery for order above RM35.
  3. Where do EKEBUN deliver to?

    • Kindly contact us if you are not in the coverage, we will try to fit your requisition. 
  4. How to order?
    • Put your order 2 days before delivery day, we will collect the orders and notify the farm to harvest and pack on the same day delivery.
  5. When is the cutoff time for ordering?
    • For Sunday Delivery: Please order before 11.59pm of Thursday.
    • For Tuesday Delivery: Please order before 11.59pm of Sunday.
    • For Friday Delivery: Please order before 11.59pm of Wednesday.
  6. When will I receive my order?
    • We will deliver your order in between 10am – 5pm of delivery day.
  7. What does it mean if an item is “sold out”?
    • It means there is not enough of goof quality products at the farm to deliver to you. Please come and check the item for the following day.
  8. Where is the products come from?
    • All products sold from EKEBUN are direct from the farm. You can review the details of the farm at “Organic Farm”.
  9. Do I have to be home to get my orders?
    • NO, just make sure there is someone at the door.
  10. Who should I contact for more information / complaint?
    • Please feel free to contact us at info@ekebun.com / WhatsApp: 0174690072 if you have doubts or wish to make some complaint.
  11. What should I do, if the products is not fresh, broken?
    • Please take few photos of the products, then send those pictures with receipt to us at info@ekebun.com / WhatsApp: 0174690072. We will replace the same products and return your money, if the complaint is valid.
  12.  Who will deliver my products?
    • Your order will be delivered by our experienced delivery team.
  13. What should you do, if the products is not fresh, broken?
    • Please take few photos of the products, then send those pictures with receipt to us at info@ekebun.com / WhatsApp: 0174690072. We will replace the same products and return your money, if the complaint is valid.
    • You will get your replace products for next delivery day.
    • You will get back your money within 7 days (online banking).
